From the exhibit “The Language of Color”

Upcoming excitement! I look forward to the special exhibit opening next weekend at the HMNH, “Domesticated: Modern Dioramas of Our New Natural History; Photographs by Amy Stein.” I’m sure you’ve all seen her photo “Watering Hole,” of a girl standing on her pool’s diving board, staring at a black bear, staring at her from the other side of the chain link fence… Her artist’s statement and photographs can be found here.
